What data we collect and why

When you register for early access or download a resource from this site, we collect your name, work email address, job title, company name, and country. We collect this information to process your registration, deliver requested resources, and communicate with you about HumanWox ahead of and following our May 2026 launch.

The lawful basis for processing early access registrations is legitimate interest. The lawful basis for processing lead magnet downloads is consent, which you provide by completing the download form.

How long we keep your data

Early access registrations are retained for 24 months from the date of registration if you do not become a customer. If you become a customer, your data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for six years thereafter in accordance with UK financial record-keeping requirements. Lead magnet contact records are retained for 12 months from your last engagement with us.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following sub-processors to operate this website and communicate with you: Supabase Inc. (database and file storage, hosted in EU West London), Resend Inc. (transactional email delivery), and Vercel Inc. (website hosting, with edge processing in the EU region). Each sub-processor is bound by a data processing agreement.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and request restriction of processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@humanwox.com. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies that collect anonymised usage data. You can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
